Bathurst Legends
Now I’m by no means big on Bathurst. In fact I have to be forced to watch even parts of it when it’s on. But as it’s come out recently, most of us don’t mind a racing game. This one looks interesting, with it’s major drawcard being it’s free (at least I think.. if it’s not free, it’s not worth it)

It’s probably way too simulation compared to what we’d be interested in but could be fun for a Friday night game sometime. Join their servers, have n0mad take everyone out, Shad call them all numpty’s, and Spud own them all – [Edit – 60% of the time, MM 40% – that is when I don’t cannon into him]. Something a little different.
They even have comps.
Anyone up for giving it a try sometime?

Hey Hey Hey, I’ve gotten pretty good :-P. Even ask Spud! It is 60:40 him to me at the moment.
Usually I lose with a bad start, sometimes Spud just owns, and sometimes Shad owns! When there aren’t ‘numpties’ running round Shad is damn good at this.
I really want a CTR (Crash Team Racing from the Playstation 1) type game for us. You pick up weapons, drive around and blow your friends up…

On that note, I’d love something in the Destruction Derby area too. Funny… almost everything we ask out of a racing game, Carmageddon could do in 97. What a game.

Destruction Derby would be great, I’m sure n0mad would win those! Does Fuel have demo derby? I have fuel, but it doesn’t work too well. M$ has suggested I re-download.

Looks like it’s just another mod for a pay game (Rfactor – thanks Kazashi). Lets keep the lookout though for more cross platform racing games with collisions on.
